First public release - debian packages

This is an early release, first ever, so please have in mind something could work not as expected ;) This particular debian packages have been tested on Ubuntu 14.04 server distribution only (but should work anywhere where Vala 0.28 is available).

Installation and prerequisites

1. Add Vala team ppa: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:vala-team
2. Do an update: sudo apt-get update
3. Install deb packages: sudo dpkg -i bob-0.0.1.deb bob-0.0.1-dev.deb
