[spec] script and language are not allowed in standlaone lookups but undocumented #990

The spec (§4.b.ii) does not seem to document that script and language are not allowed in standalone lookups.

Tests also shows that it is allowed in lookups nested in feature blocks, but this is not documented either.

Seems to be documented in §4.e, but might be worth documenting it in the other place as well.
