- removed `.prospector.yaml` (Codacy file; no longer used) - updated requirements.txt to latest, except `ufoProcessor` which seems to have some conflicts with `mutatorMath` (our makeinstancesufo test with anisotropic.ufo fails with latest ufoProcessor).
