Title says it like it is -- This recently started happening on Spirit 36, even tried reloading without extensions and it still happened.

This is a dupe of #6801. You mght have some customization as mentioned in #6801 (comment)

@ohaitsanasian - please comment on #6801 as to whether you have a custom theme or other kind of Windows display customization.
