User Story: As a visitor to the resource center, i would like the ability to filter Webinars by the corresponding event state, so i can easily access webinars that are Upcoming, Live, or On-Demand.
Acceptance Criteria:. Users should be able to filter webinars content based on the following event states:
When a users selects one of the following states, the cards of the selected state should be shown in the card collection
Developer's Note
In our other event filtering we handle some tagged exceptions (Live Expired && On Demand Scheduled) - this does not currently handle those tagged exceptions so if we are meant to include these as tagged options I'll have to go back and add them to the PR
