Set jobname suffix based on TEST_FLAG in AQA_Test_Pipline.
This is for feature builds (i.e., FIPS). For example, when TEST_FLAG is set to FIPS, Test_openjdk11_j9_sanity.functional_x86-64_linux_fips will be triggered.
