Launched a Grinder at https://hyc-runtimes-jenkins.swg-devops.com/view/Test_grinder/job/Grinder/28854/ on all required platforms (Linux & macOS) as required by the test.

@ChengJin01 just fyi, Grinder does not support using https://openj9-artifactory.osuosl.org/artifactory/ci-openj9/Build_JDK${JDK_VERSION}_${PLATFORM}_Nightly/ with JDK_VERSION=next. It does not know which JDK to download.

There was no issue detected at https://hyc-runtimes-jenkins.swg-devops.com/view/Test_grinder/job/Grinder/28854/ based on the outputs of the passed Grinders in JDK19.
