Big disorganized update

irslackd still works but Slack deprecated the entire RTM API, along
with the libraries. Therefore the next version of irslackd will have
to be a rewrite using their new "Bolt" framework[1]. In the mean-time
this commit contains some updates I've made over the past year or so
to accommodate various changes in the API.
