Error occurs when download file with specific symblos

Hello,
We have specific files which we cannot download via api, for ex with file "testtest summary report for 6MCC testtest & MCC testtest != Reported testtesttNov3, 2022autotesttesttest [11_30_22, 07_02_12 AM].pdf" we are gettting error when accessing
https://moon2/wd/hub/session/session-id/aerokube/download/ with "{"value":{"error":"unknown error","message":"Internal Server Error"}}"
Error from logs:
"decode fileserver response: XML syntax error on line 2: invalid character entity & (no semicolon)"

looks like there is a problem with "&" symbol.
Moon: 2.3.7, chrome 106
