fix: handle multi-line image-tag-digest output

Fixes the issue here #66

Tested this on my own fork for builds my company is doing and it works.

Just implements what is discussed here

thanks for the fix! missed the fact that every tag is on its own line in the digest file
merged manually as the process of rewording a commit from external contributions is unnecessarily painful
