manylinux (GLIBC 2.28) wheels pass, but MUSL 1.1 wheels don't, and fail with a segmentation fault. The manylinux ones should be alright.

Related issue is gohugoio/hugo#10839

MUSL builds are not published to PyPI right now, they can be targeted with Zig through Docker images being built in #75.
