Package used for twitter API: Twit
Using the https://openweathermap.org APIBot that tweets the weather forcast of the day in 6 lebanese location everyday at 8:30 AM.
- The bot always include these 4 cities: saida, beirut, tripoli, and zahle
- The last 2 locations are randomly chosen by the bot from a list of other locations
- A morning message is randomly included from a list of morning messages
