simple cesium "hello world" to see if it runs as SAGE2 app.
to run:
-follow SAGE2 set up instructions (https://bitbucket.org/sage2/sage2/wiki/Home) and place repo inside SAGE2 app directory.
-run npm install cesium
-run sage2 and add app from menu
