Added Python 3.10 to CI & Updated the Docs

• Ran the tests locally on Python 3.10.
• Ran the tests with the latest uvloop on Python 3.10.
• In both cases, the tests passed with the following output:

• Added Python 3.10 info to the docs and the setup.py file.
• Included Python 3.10 to the CI file.

Are there changes in behavior for the user?
