Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve

We'd like to tag data coming via Airbyte syncs to give Snowflake visibility on Airbyte traffic. This will help snowflake identify optimization partnership opportunities with Airbyte.

Describe the solution you’d like

In each JDBC connection string we create we should set the connection parameter application='airbyte'
