🐛 Source Recharge: data types should be transformed based on schema types

How

• added TypeTransformer to all streams
• edited stream schemas to accordingly
• tested with normalization - expected fields shopify_*_id are untested correctly, according to the stream schema.

Users should refresh source schema and redo the sync all over again, after this update.
