🐛 Source GitHub: Add error handling for streams that are not applicable to some repos

What

Some streams are not applicable for some repos, e.g.
Projects stream not applicable for repos that don't have the feature enabled
Organizations stream not applicable for repos that are owned by a user

How

Update the request/response handling logic to detect the proper error codes for these streams and warn the user about these streams in the logs.

Connector Generator

• Issue acceptance criteria met

• If adding a new generator, add it to the list of scaffold modules being tested
• The generator test modules (all connectors with -scaffold in their name) have been updated with the latest scaffold by running ./gradlew :airbyte-integrations:connector-templates:generator:testScaffoldTemplates then checking in your changes
• Documentation which references the generator is updated as needed.
