Overlay for IBM MFP 6.3/7.0 to support Windows Universal apps.
IBM MobileFirst Hybrid apps currently (upto v7.0) support the traditional Windoes Phone (Silverlight) projects and the Windows 8.1 apps. However there is a hack to get the Windows 8 Hybrid project to run as a Universal app. Whats missing is the handful of "windows" Wundies universal plugins from cordova.
