(Opening this issue to reference in a PR.)

RDS can assign different ports to RDS instances, but this port number information is not preserved in Drivers::Db::Base#out

Acceptance criteria:

  • Any port number specified in the port attribute of a aws_opsworks_rds_db_instance should be preserved in both the database_url and the database.yml, if one exists.
