Describe the problem

While migrating from older version, homarr requires to create admin account with certain password requirements. Requirements are described as not enforced but they actually are (can't continue with password length <8 ch).

IIrc the only field that is actually required is the 8 chars, the others are not.
When creating a second account though, all those fields become obligatory.
