This is the repository linked to our paper, Deep Learning for Crop Yield Prediction in Africa. The necessary modules for running our models are found in requirements.txt and installation_instructions.txt. Instructions for downloading the necessary data (apart from label data) from google earth engine can be found in envrionment_setup.txt.
