Bump svelte to major version 4, as well as svelte-query and some other dependencies. Adjust the options for eslint due to the new svelte eslint plugin. Adjust options for prettier. Add svelte-query-devtools, it's useful for debugging svelte-query issues. Fix styling issues reported by prettier.
Apparently there's a bug in Chrome on macOS that the browser reports that there is no internet connectivity, and this prevents svelte-query from fetching results. Fix it by trying to fetch results at least once when there is no network connectivity.
