Discreet mode is not clear

It's been at least 2 times that I recall that users had trouble realizing that they had discreet mode on and thought that something was wrong and didn't know how to fix it. Maybe we can find a better way on hiding the amounts (maybe add a tooltip that says "hidden due to discreet mode on" or sth.

It would also be useful to have a button to momentarily disable the discreet mode in case it was enabled when the user is in the "Check" step of the send modal. If they had discreet mode on before interacting with a dApp, they now need to first reject the dApp request, disable discreet mode, and issue a new request to send a tx to communicate with the dapp.
