The main purpose is to request another early publish to address broken toolstate issues with RLS and rustfmt on nightly. As noted on rust-lang/rust#81768 things in rustc changed on us and we have to restart the upgrade dance, so hoping to get an early start if possible

regarding the actual change here... 😄 I'd run out of ideas for changes to trigger a release, so figured why not add a badge that shows the latest crate version
