Parameters
drag - default boolean true.
dragClass - this is class for drag event default 'drag'.
overClass - this is class for over event default 'over'.
movedContainerSelector - default '.dnd-moved'.
onDragEnd - this is the function to which the parameter is passed colPositions = {array: [], object: {}}
