This PR fixes the bug in conventional-changelog.
When Ship.js receives
--dirparameter, it runs conventional-changelog in that directory, but there were a bunch of issues around it. So I had to patch the packages. Unfortunately this PR adds a bunch of ugly code, but couldn't find any other way.
