Hey @alicebob I have a script that automatically goes out and grabs the release if there is a new one.. it broke today because you added 'v' in front of the release name. Is this going to be consistently there now? ex.. 'v1.4.0' vs '1.3.0'

Hi, the new Go modules system needs a 'v' in front of the version. Even though this is not a library it seems nice to stick to that. Sorry for the confusion.
