- Fix compilation error in the RPI
- Remove static-scale feature
- Add support in SDL renderer to the u16pixels
- Switch the RPI scaling algorithm to nearest neighbor
Move to nearest neighbor upscaling on the rpi and fix ili9341 init value to enable correct colors
also add support for u16pixel for the sdl2 renderer
