This PR switches the record dimension used in the viewcopy example from a 7 field Particle to an event definition as commonly occuring in a High Energy Physics analysis.
If the full event definition is used ( >1000 fields), compile times are horrendous.
Compile time with clang is around 45min (!).
Compile time with gcc is unknown but above 7:40h (!!).
Therefore, I use the first 20 fields by default.
