Purpose of the hackathon is predicting employee turnover after 2019 based on employee data that includes skills information, language information, education information, and work experience etc. The model is created by Voting Classifier combined with RandomForest Classifier, Extra Trees Classifier and XGBoost Classifier. Achieved accuracy is about 0.79.
