What

Before the next release, upgrade the latest version of GOV.UK Frontend shipped with the kit.

Why

We want users to be able to benefit from new features and fixes in the latest version of the GOV.UK Design System.

  • npm package govuk-frontend is up-to-date in the kit package dependencies
  • Changelog has been updated to include note about latest version of GOV.UK Frontend
  • Draft something for the release notes about the update to GOV.UK Frontend

Just because we've missed it in the past, I wanted to flag that the new pagination component will need to be added to app/views/layout.html as part of the update.
