This PR is just to update the templating package: nunjucks.
We've been seeing some security alerts with the package "kind-of" which is consumed by older versions of nunjucks:
This can be resolved by updating from v3.1.3 to the latest version of nunjucks (v3.2.1)
I've had a look at the nunjucks releases (https://github.com/mozilla/nunjucks/releases) and there are no breaking changes which might cause issues updating to this version.
