Add issuer of original certificate and callout to have certificate certified if not issued by the General Register Office
Power of attorney now has specific content that differs from the previously generic solicitor notaries content.
Updates the content for shown for legalising medical reports as and also removes the exclusion logic that prevented the medical reported related outcome from seeing the section on certifying documents.
