Everything is set up correctly as written, but page renders "broken"

Dear All!

I have created the my io page based on the descriptions (https://github.com/alshedivat/al-folio/blob/main/INSTALL.md) but it still renders broken.
First I thought it was caused by Lighthouse badger but I fixed that problem, however it still renders incorrectly. I can't find what might be the problem here :(

I've found it, there was a problem with the base url.
