This group of files solves the traveling salesman problem. It's for the Discrete Optimization class in Coursera. 
I took the class last year and had enough efficient solutions to get credit for the class, but would like to improve my solutions.
I want to use github so I can better keep track of new solution ideas with branching.  Since github is searchable
I've been a bit cryptic with my project naming, so I'm not sharing my solution with everyone else.
