v0.2.3-alpha

This release introduces the new API, which is extremely different from the API that shipped with previous versions. Almost the entire API has been rewritten.

I've already taken it upon myself to detail the API and how to use it in the Bebopt wiki, so I'm not going to mention new features or anything like that here (it would take forever and be horribly exhausting).

Keep in mind that this is a pre-release, that is, bugs may be rampant; especially since I've yet to really adopt a testing framework for anything beyond the UI (javascript unit testing frameworks are just awful). So don't be surprised if something super weird happens; I've already come across and fixed some extremely weird and unexpected bugs such as invalid options getting interpreted as the last defined option.
