Description of changes:
Support cross account and region by specifying
roleArnandregionrespectively in theexternalmetricspec definition. Using aroleArnthe adapter will assume into the specified role to retrieve metrics.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
