Added "nfill" command and "fill" method. Eliminated filler variable.
updated tests, bumped version
added examples from documentation
added documentation for nfill and also fixed typos/errors in examples.
renamed "nrange" to "range". "nrange" sounds too much like "lrange", so I don't want to confuse a user.
