  • adds "Play Gamebook" button to gamebook cards to make it more obvious you can tap the card to play a game
  • adds a little play button to the action column
  • Fixes Improve Gamebook Card Design #32

Might be confusing having two play buttons but I want to make it extra clear you can play these things, haha..
