- adds help screen with link to a wiki (???? first time I am hearing of this, and I am the one typing it) and discord and amiantus.net
- replaces CTA to go to amiantos.net with CTA to go to the help screen

Slipped a little improvement in here, the "Overview" button looks properly like a back button now in the page editor...
This is also better code, as the name of the back button is government by the presenting view controller, not the presented view controller. Before it was set in the wrong place, basically, doing things wrong. Now it's set in the right place and it works properly. |

Maybe help icon over by the page editor title is better?
