SC2020-Release

This release is to ensure code is archived for the paper submitted to Supercomputing 2020 Conference. Please see paper pre-print for details.

This is a non-production release in that it snapshots the state of the code on June 4th 2020. However, all regression and unit tests pass and the CPU version of the code is stable and usable.

The GPU code in this release is a work in progress and should not be used
