NL File Specification

Hi - for a personal project I'm looking to implement an NL file reader.

Is there available documentation on the current nl file spec?

I've found Writing .nl Files but the paper's from 2005, which is 18 years ago at this point. Have any changes occurred to the nl file spec since this paper was published?
