PACKAGES: get zefyr (mod-writer) working on web, deskop and mobile

1. I got a stable fork going now.

• It now works on Flutter Web, Mobile and Desktop, if you use flutter beta channel.
• Its here: https://github.com/winwisely99/zefyr
  • We shoudl have ALL forks on my repo i think so we can maintain a versioned fork of all the flutter and golang stuff we need
• I also suggested to the zefyr devs that they support the beta channel instead of master channel because master cant even run Flutter Web. See:
