Previously, for formats that attempted to nest vulnerabilities within an SBOM, such as CycloneDX, scanning a PURL would panic because no SBOM was ever instantiated. Instantiate the SBOM. Signed-off-by: Will Murphy <willmurphyscode@users.noreply.github.com>
