The Makefile is placed in the build directory.
use make flash to compile and flash the Microcontroller.
Eclipse Project is in the root folder, Project is configured with som hacks, so that Eclipse Autocompletion works (.e.g. SFR is not a Standard C Language construct)
make framework clones the Framework needed to compile the classes, and the script to flash the Microcontroller.
