Main goal was to ease installation of piggui and piglet via pre-built binaries for all supported platforms, and include some smaller UI improvements as we went.

This has ended up including:

• improve GUI by replacing toast usage with a nice modal dialog
• fix some small bugs
• update to newer versions of iced/iced_aw that would allow us to fix some styling issues
• advance prep work for a web build
• automation of release process (done via 0.3.4 actually, as you need a release to really try it out)
• provide pre-built binaries and ease installation
• document how to do the installation of those binaries
• Add Pi architecture builds to the release process and binaries produced
