This release will be completely functional, with at least the minimal configuration to work on a database.
The release will contain the proposed stable version, with corrections from the Alpha and Beta versions. After this release, only minor modifications of the code will be included for version 1.
This release aims to be a preview version of version 1, where bugs could be found, aiming to have a more stable version 1.

There is some test failures as part of this release:

• Appenders_Implementation: 4 fails when db2unit is autonomous.
• Conf_appenders: 37,38,39 and 40 are failing. Under some circumstances, 37 could generate error 438.
• Conf_Loggers_Effective: 22 fails with 530 error, 34 sometimes fails.
• Hierarchy: 23 sometimes fails.
