Bot requires matrix-nio>=0.18 when connecting to Synapse v1.38+ #86

Existing installs will simply need to update the bot and reinstall python dependencies. Or if you're using docker, just update the docker image. |

The bot will not run against Synapse v1.38+ unless the
matrix-nio
python dependency is at least version 0.18.matrix-org/synapse#10214 removed empty keys from
/sync
responses, and matrix-nio/matrix-nio#255 is the matrix-nio PR that handles that correctly.#85 bumps the minimum version of
matrix-nio
