Show a warming messages when exit messages are generated from within an action

Sometime, exit messages can be generated once the TUI has initialized.

They are logged, but should we display them? What is being shown on the screen may not be what the user is expecting.

We should also decide if we want to proceed with the action, I don't think we should, as we might run the wrong playbook or something which would be....... not good.
