Add information to the README explaining how to test molecule scenarios using the tox-ansible plugin BWO of the pyte-sansible python package.
Although largely duplicated from the pytest-ansible repository, it seems prudent to add it here as it was removed after version 1.
Version 1 infromation moved to the bottom of the README, maybe keep it there for another 6 months or so.
